Federal Transit Administration grants will finance a portion, subject to Davis-Bacon prevailing wage, Buy America materials preferences, and comprehensive FTA civil rights and labor standards compliance. A 5 percent Bid Bond and 100 percent each Performance and Payment Bonds are required. Bids remain irrevocable for 180 days following public bid opening.
