Services must comply with NEMA, ASTM, IEEE, ANSI, OSHA, ASNT, and NFPA standards. The contractor must maintain a 98% monthly service compliance rate, with emergency response within two hours if technicians are on-site and four hours otherwise, available seven days per week, 365 days per year. Standard work hours are 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, with non-standard hours available by prior approval.
The contract carries a three-year base period with two one-year renewal options, commencing March 1, 2027. Pricing is based on actual hours worked on-site on an Aviation Authority–approved billing format. Respondents must provide three professional references, proof of insurability and bondability, and disclose any lawsuits, claims, convictions, or regulatory investigations within the past five years.
