Applicants must provide evidence of company history, financial stability, capacity to perform the work, and knowledge of HUD compliance requirements, along with a detailed staffing plan including a financial manager and administrative staff. The budget breakdown includes $850,000 for lead hazard reduction ($17,000 per unit), $50,000 for relocation services ($1,000 per unit), and $300,000 for healthy homes supplements including radon testing and intervention repairs.
