Work must be completed only when temperatures remain above 50 degrees for a three-week period and must comply with EPA regulations and USTA, USBA, and USAPA striping standards. Contractors working on cushioned courts at Mountain Park and Rhodes Jordan Park must be certified Premier Court installers to maintain the 25-year warranty.

Standard insurance requirements include Workers' Compensation, Commercial General Liability ($500,000), Auto Liability ($500,000), and Umbrella Liability ($1,000,000). Contractors must provide a one-year warranty on all work and materials and submit material certifications, product data sheets, and detailed documentation with photos and diagrams of all repairs.
Pricing must remain firm for the initial contract term, with options to propose percentage increases or decreases for the three renewal periods. A markup cap of 15% applies to miscellaneous materials. Tentative 2022 locations include Rhodes Jordan Park, Bogan Park, Bryson Park, Settles Bridge Park, and Graves Park. Tentative 2023 locations include Rock Springs Park, Baycreek Park, E. Robinson Park, Collins Hill Park, and Club Drive Park.
