The estimated annual contract value is approximately $450,000. The contract period runs September 22, 2026, through September 21, 2027, with options for two additional one-year renewals plus up to three thirty-day unilateral extensions. Original bid prices remain firm for the first term; price escalation or de-escalation at renewal is based on CPI-U with 60 days' notice required. The District anticipates awarding to a maximum of two bidders demonstrating the lowest responsive and responsible bids.

Contractors must obtain General Liability Insurance ($1,000,000 per occurrence / $2,000,000 aggregate), Automotive Liability Insurance ($300,000 Combined Single Limit), and Workers' Compensation Insurance at statutory levels, with the School Board listed as Additional Insured on all policies. Certificates of insurance must be filed with the Risk Management Department within ten working days of award before work commences.
