The State of Ohio, through the Ohio Department of Natural Resources (ODNR), Division of Wildlife, is seeking bids for a network and connectivity upgrade at the Magee Marsh Wildlife Area in Preble County. The primary objective is to install multi-mode optical fiber cables to improve data transfer, network reliability, and support future technological advancements at the Magee Marsh Visitor Center and Work Unit buildings. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. Mandatory site visits are scheduled for May 2nd, 9th, and 16th, and the winning bidder will be required to sign an Addendum to Bid Quote or Personal Services Agreement. All bidders must submit the Standard Affirmation & Disclosure Form with their bid through the Ohio Buys procurement system.

The contract does not include any set-aside designations or restrictions on the types of organizations that can respond. The documents do not provide information on pricing terms, incumbents, current infrastructure, funding requirements and sources, or any other salient financial details.
