The solicitation does not explicitly outline specific set-aside designations or restrictions for disadvantaged enterprises. The contract will be an initial two-year term with potential extensions for up to seven additional twelve-month periods, potentially reaching a maximum of ten years. Liquidated damages are structured with penalties of $2,500 per day if substantial completion is not achieved by August 20, 2025, and $10,000 per day if guaranteed completion is not achieved by September 3, 2025. The contractor must maintain comprehensive insurance coverages, including workers' compensation, automobile liability, commercial general liability, contractors pollution liability, and cyber liability with specific minimum coverage limits. While the exact budget is not specified, the project involves upgrades for a venue hosting approximately 225 annual events and serving 1.3 million annual patrons, suggesting a significant investment in technological infrastructure. The project has been developed in consultation with Anthony James Partners (AJP), who provided technical requirements, specifications, and conceptual drawings for the LED display upgrades.
