Bidders must comply with Hawaii wage requirements under Section 103-55, HRS, and all applicable federal and state laws regarding workers' compensation, unemployment insurance, temporary disability insurance, and prepaid health care. Contractors must maintain commercial general liability insurance of $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 in the aggregate, plus basic motor vehicle insurance and liability of $1,000,000 per accident. The estimated cost of the scope of work is $1,500,000.00, with the State retaining the right to reject any bids or cancel the solicitation if in the best interest of the purchasing agency. No specific set-aside designations for disadvantaged enterprises or incumbent vendors are mentioned in the solicitation documents; however, the contract is governed by Hawaii Revised Statutes Chapter 103D and subject to Hawaii's standard General Conditions template addressing nondiscrimination obligations, conflicts of interest, and compliance with all applicable federal, state, and county laws.
