Backup electrical generator inivtation for bid. There are three parts to the price form.

1) Flat fees for preventative maintenance schedules. The IFB contains 3 prevenatitve mainteiance lists. Each lists has a fixed costs that you will bill. Do not add hourly labor on top of this.

2) Hourly rates for regularly scheduled repair work or repair work outside the scope of quick, routine prevenative maintenance above. Emergency rates are for when there's a breakdown and we need you ASAP, not scheduled work.

3) Materials and supplies markup is between 0 and 10%. MSRP is also acceptable, so long as we see that this is a reaonable market price for the item. We don't want someone to lowball the labor to win the bid, then gouge the parts with a 300% markup. We're trying to have a fair a level playing field to compare all the vendors.

There is no mileage, fuel surcharge, or any other junk fees. The prices on the price form will be the only items on your invoice to SHA Elkton. There is no deposit or down payment. All payment will be after work is performed. On inovices below 5K USD, SHA prefers to pay by credit card, if the vendor both accepts card AND does not charge a processing fee. Defalt payment terms are Net 15 with credit card often being paid in 2-5 business days.
