Any public or private organization may submit proposals, including single or collaborative multi-provider applications. Required insurance includes Commercial General Liability ($1,000,000/$2,000,000), Automobile Liability ($1,000,000), Professional Liability ($1,000,000/$2,000,000), Workers' Compensation, Cyber Liability ($1,000,000), and Physical Abuse and Molestation Insurance ($1,000,000). It is expected that full time and part time staff positions will be supported with these funds and that services will be available to approximately 300 youth annually in all parts of Washington County. Liaison services are expected to be year round (to include summer and vacation periods). Projected length of time with each youth will be 3-6 months, based upon their individual needs and accountability factors.
