The County requests quotes for two distinct options, with award of only one based on best value determination. Option 1 includes 10 units of Usability, 2,500 units of SEO, 2,500 units of Accessibility, 500 units of PDF-Check of Documents, 2,500 units of Quality Assurance & Policy, and 1 Premium Support module. Option 2 specifies the same modules with increased quantities for SEO, Accessibility, and Quality Assurance & Policy (5,000 units each instead of 2,500), while maintaining the same Usability (10 units), PDF-Check (500 units), and Premium Support (1 unit) quantities. The coverage term runs November 2, 2026 through November 1, 2027 for both options.
Quotations must be submitted via email to bethany.white@gwinnettcounty.com, fax to 770-822-8728, or hand-delivered to the Purchasing Division at 75 Langley Drive, 4th Floor, Charlotte Nash Building, Lawrenceville, Georgia 30046. Vendors must provide unit prices and total prices for both options with two decimal places, include a minimum of three project references of similar size and scope, submit a completed and signed quote schedule with certification of non-collusion, and acknowledge any applicable addenda. Failure to return required pages or acknowledge addenda may result in rejection as non-responsive. Gwinnett County is exempt from federal excise tax and Georgia sales tax; vendors are responsible for all applicable taxes. The County reserves the right to reject any or all offers and make awards at its sole discretion. If maintaining an office in the unincorporated area of Gwinnett County, successful vendors must hold a valid occupation tax certificate. Payment will be made electronically.
