A licensed professional electrical engineer with a minimum of five years' experience must conduct comprehensive power system studies including short circuit, load flow, protective device coordination, and arc flash risk assessments using SKM Systems Analysis Power Tools version 11.0 or newer. Delivery must occur within 30 weeks, with in-person training and setup commencing within one week of notice. A 24-month warranty is required following final acceptance. Questions are due October 6, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. A non-mandatory pre-submittal meeting is noted but dates are undefined. The tentative City Council award date is November 10, 2026. Bidders must provide six client or government references, proof of business qualifications, and authorized distributor status if applicable. Full payment is made upon receipt and acceptance on an FOB destination basis, freight prepaid to 551 SE 8th Street, Homestead, FL 33030. All bids must include required certifications: drug-free workplace affidavits, E-Verify enrollment proof, debarment certifications, and compliance with scrutinized companies lists.
