Bidders must conduct a mandatory site inspection and submit a Statement of Inspection with their quotation.

The scope encompasses 68 service areas in Sector 2 and 18 service areas in Sector 3, with services including mowing, weed-eating, edging, inlet and outlet cleaning of retention and detention areas, drainage system maintenance, and removal of debris and trash from roadway signs, litter, downed limbs, and yard waste. The bidder must carry Certificate of Liability Insurance with minimum limits of $1,000,000 general liability, $1,000,000 automobile public liability, and statutory workers' compensation coverage. All prices must remain firm for one year after the due date.
