FSDB will negotiate the best terms and conditions for the provision of these products and services, and the original solicitation has been withdrawn. The contract will have a protest period, where a notice of protest must be submitted to FSDB in writing within 72 hours of the Notification of Intent to Award, and a formal written protest must be submitted within 10 days after the date the notice of protest is filed. The protest procedure will be governed by Florida Statutes 120.57(3) and may require the payment of a Protest Bond in accordance with 28-110-005, F.S.

The procurement is limited to FSDB and St. Johns County, and there are no set-aside designations or restrictions on the types of organizations that can respond. The current incumbent or contractor information is not provided, nor is any existing infrastructure or technology that requires integration. The award value or budget range is also not specified in the available information.
