Contractors must possess certifications and equipment to diagnose and service all listed generator brands.
The contract term is one year with options to renew for two additional years upon mutual consent. Bidders must submit itemized pricing for each unit and separate line items for labor rates, mileage charges, travel time, holiday and weekend surcharges, and emergency response times. Required supporting documentation includes executed non-collusion bid certificates, Iran Divestment Act compliance certificates, Vendor Responsibility Questionnaires, and certification of experience. Contractors must maintain comprehensive insurance including $1,000,000 commercial general liability per occurrence, $1,000,000 automobile liability, statutory workers' compensation, and $1,000,000 excess umbrella coverage, with Essex County named as additional insured. Payment is due within 30 days of invoice receipt.
