About this opportunity
The Florida Department of Economic Opportunity (DEO) is seeking to procure a one-year subscription and maintenance support for the Sandbox product from InQuest, LLC. This single-source acquisition is intended to protect the data and information systems used by the DEO Reemployment Assistance (RA) Program, indirectly address fraud, and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of incident response capabilities. The estimated dollar amount for this contract is $62,425.03. DEO has identified InQuest, LLC as the sole source for this product due to their exclusive agreement with Joe Security to deliver their products to the U.S. public sector. DEO will provide notice of its intended decision to enter into this single-source purchase contract in accordance with section 120.57(3) of the Florida Statutes, and prospective vendors are requested to provide information regarding their ability to supply the required commodities or contractual services.
This opportunity is not open to competitive bidding, as DEO has determined that the Sandbox product from InQuest, LLC is only available from a single source. There are no set-aside designations or restrictions on the types of organizations that can respond. The incumbent vendor is InQuest, LLC, and the contract value is estimated at $62,425.03. DEO is seeking to leverage InQuest's existing infrastructure and technology to address their needs for the RA Program.
