About this file

This document is a Description of Intended Single Source Purchase (PUR 7776) posted by the Florida Department of Economic Opportunity (DEO). DEO is seeking to retain the Sandbox subscription and maintenance support product from InQuest, LLC for a one-year term to protect data and information systems used by the DEO Reemployment Assistance (RA) Program, indirectly address fraud, and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of incident response capabilities. The estimated dollar amount for this single source acquisition is $62,425.03. DEO has identified InQuest, LLC as the sole source for this product due to an exclusive agreement they hold with Joe Security to deliver their products to the U.S. public sector.

The document states that DEO will provide notice of its intended decision to enter into this single-source purchase contract in accordance with section 120.57(3) of the Florida Statutes. Prospective vendors are requested to provide information regarding their ability to supply the required commodities or contractual services. If it is determined that the commodities or services are only available from a single source, DEO will move forward with the single-source purchase.
