Specific deliverables include level 1 and 2 support services, first-point critical issue response, Office 365 management, user onboarding/offboarding, hardware imaging and delivery, printer support, and project augmentation for large-scale implementations like ERP systems. Proposers must submit digital proposals through QuestCDN by 4:00 p.m. on Friday, May 9, 2025, with preliminary questions due by 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, April 30, 2025. Proposal documents can be downloaded for $5.00 by inputting project #9641838 on the QuestCDN website. The District will post questions and answers by Friday, May 2, 2025, and reserves the right to reject any proposals or waive technical requirements.

The contract appears open to qualified IT consulting and staffing firms capable of meeting the District's technical requirements and integration capabilities. No incumbent vendor information is provided in the documentation. While no specific budget range is mentioned, the scope suggests a potentially significant engagement involving ongoing IT team augmentation and project support services. The selected vendor will be expected to integrate seamlessly with the District's existing IT operations and agile delivery practices, demonstrating adaptability and technical expertise across various technology platforms. The District is a tax-exempt government entity, and all proposal responses will become public record. Potential vendors should be prepared to provide comprehensive IT support, including thought leadership in reducing support demands through self-service and automation strategies.
