About this opportunity

The State of Maine Department of Administrative and Financial Services, Division of Procurement Services, is requesting quotations on Infoblox hardware, software, support, and maintenance services for the Office of Information Technology, with quotations due May 17, 2021 at 4:00 p.m. EST through the Advantage Vendor Self Service portal.

Bidders must be authorized Infoblox partners capable of providing direct support from Infoblox technicians; third-party resellers and alternate hardware solutions are not accepted. The scope covers 8 units of Trinzic 1425 appliances and 4 units of Trinzic 1405 appliances with software bundle subscriptions, premium maintenance services, power supplies, and advanced DNS protection modules. Support requirements include a 4-hour initial response time and 24-hour hardware replacement turnaround for support calls.

The five-year contract term runs June 1, 2021 through May 31, 2026. All equipment will be located in Augusta, Maine. Hardware costs must be paid in the first contract year; software subscriptions, equipment support, and maintenance services must be paid annually at the beginning of each service year. The State is exempt from federal, state, and local taxes and requires quotations without these taxes included. All deliveries are FOB Destination with shipping charges included in the bid price.

Evaluation will be conducted on a best-value basis, considering conformity with specifications, delivery timeframes, and the State's interests, with the lowest compliant price ultimately determining the award. Submission requirements include a bid cover page, debarment form, cost response sheet in Excel format with line-item pricing across the full five-year period, detailed itemized quotation on company letterhead, product data sheets, and warranty information. The State reserves the right to not award to the lowest bidder if documented poor performance or contract termination has occurred within the previous five years. Payment terms are net 30 upon receipt of accurate invoices.
