Sellers must maintain Workers' Compensation insurance at statutory limits, General Liability with a $500,000 per occurrence combined single limit, and Automobile Liability with a $300,000 per occurrence combined single limit if applicable. All applicable federal and Pennsylvania laws, nondiscrimination provisions, tax indebtedness certifications, and ethics requirements apply.
