A mandatory three percent Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise (DVBE) participation is required, with potential incentive opportunities up to five percent for evaluation purposes. The total bid proposal cannot exceed $461,000, with pricing structured on hourly labor rates and actual cost reimbursement for pre-approved parts and materials, capped at 10 percent of the subtotal.
