All vehicles must be delivered fully operational by June 30, 2027 to CMS Central Garage in Springfield, Illinois (200 East Ash Street, Springfield, IL 62704), Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. CST. Vendors must provide three business days' advance delivery notice.

The initial contract term runs through June 30, 2027, with maximum total contract term not exceeding ten years including renewals. Bid prices must remain firm for 90 days from opening. A $15 administrative fee applies to any contract awarded at $1,000 or more. All vehicles are subject to State inspection within thirty days of delivery; the State reserves the right to reject nonconforming vehicles at vendor expense.
