About this opportunity
The State of Maryland, through the Maryland Department of Transportation (MDOT), is seeking bids for the procurement of IBM DB2 software licenses for the EPICS and MSTARS systems. This is a fixed-price contract under the COTS 2012 Software Master Contract, with a due date of April 12, 2024 at 2 pm local time. The required licenses include IBM DB2 Standard Edition Virtual Processor Core options, DB2 Standard Edition Authorized User options for non-production environments, and DB2 Recovery Expert and InfoSphere Optim Test Data Management Enterprise Edition. The quantities range from 21 to 280 units, with annual subscription and support renewal terms from June 1, 2024 to June 30, 2025. Bids will be evaluated based on the most favorable bid price or evaluated bid price.
This is a small business set-aside procurement, and only Master Contractors under the 060B2490021 COTS 2012 contract are eligible to submit bids. Vendors must submit their bids through the state's eMMA e-Procurement system and provide the required signatures, warranty terms, and MSRP pricing. A mandatory Prime Contractor List of All Subcontractors form must also be submitted with the bid. The award will be made to the responsible and responsive vendor with the most favorable bid. The agency will initiate and deliver a Purchase Order to the selected Master Contractor.
