The scope covers approximately 500 HVAC equipment units including cooling towers, pumps, chillers, and steam piping distribution systems across the campus. The contract term runs September 1, 2026 through August 31, 2029, with one optional one-year extension at HHSC discretion. Award is contingent on approval by the HHSC Executive Commissioner and will be made on best-value criteria considering experience, performance capability, and pricing.
