Additional vendor qualifications include maintaining a drug-free workplace, complying with the Iran Divestment Act, and providing a non-boycott of Israel certification. Contractors must submit detailed licensing information for projects exceeding $25,000. While no specific set-aside designations for disadvantaged enterprises are explicitly mentioned, the bid requires separate pricing sheets for each property, suggesting flexibility for different vendor capacities.
