A bid guarantee of 5 percent of the total proposal amount (certified check or bid bond) is required. Liquidated damages are $36.00 per calendar day for late completion. Payment terms are NET 30 days. Written questions are due October 15, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. City Council authorization is anticipated for December 7, 2026.
