The scope includes removal of the existing wood wall, construction of a modular block concrete retaining wall (manufactured by Redi-Rock or approved equal) with heights ranging from approximately 4 feet to 10 feet, structural fill with #57 bluestone, 4-inch underdrains with filter fabric, concrete and asphalt paving, storm drain piping and drainage manhole, vinyl-clad chain link fencing with gates, and erosion and sediment control measures including turbidity curtains, silt fencing, stabilized construction entrances, and inlet protection.
