About this opportunity

The Colorado School for the Deaf and the Blind (CSDB) issued a Documented Quote solicitation to procure audiomedical equipment consisting of one GSI 39 Auto Tymp V.1 with 226Hz tympanometry and ipsilateral reflexes with audiometry capability, one Grason-Stadler GSI 39 Softside Carrying Case, one Grason-Stadler Tympstar Pro unit, and one GSI Tympstar Pro MPT-III Thermal Printer, along with associated labor for setup and in-service training. Vendors must provide firm, all-inclusive pricing with all costs for shipping, handling, and delivery incorporated on an FOB Destination basis, submit a completed Vendor Response form and W-9 documentation, and include warranty information and estimated delivery dates with their quotations. Responses must be submitted via email to gdegraaff@csdb.org by May 4, 2017, at 5:00 PM Mountain Time, with no bidders' conference or site visit scheduled. The procurement will result in a fixed-price Purchase Order with pricing firm for the entire contract term, and selection will be made on a best-value basis with cost/price as the primary evaluation factor at CSDB's sole discretion.

This is a limited-competition solicitation restricted to Colorado Vendor Self Service (ColoradoVSS) registered vendors unless adequate competition cannot be demonstrated among registered vendors. The Colorado School for the Deaf and the Blind has established a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) goal of at least 3% of all contracts by dollar value, and SDVOSBs that submit appropriate certification documentation may receive additional consideration and a potential 5% preference in evaluation. No incumbent vendors or specific budget ranges are identified in the solicitation. The resulting contract will be governed by Colorado Purchase Order Terms and Conditions, which establish FOB destination delivery, 45-day payment terms, compliance with all applicable federal and state laws, E-Verify employment eligibility verification requirements, maintenance of required insurance coverage, and intellectual property rights vesting exclusively with the State of Colorado. The State of Colorado is exempt from all federal excise taxes and state and local government use taxes. Contract performance is contingent upon appropriated funds and, if federal funding is involved, upon continued federal fund availability.
