The purchaser is responsible for road maintenance and restoration to pre-harvest condition or better upon completion.

Insurance requirements include workers' compensation, motor vehicular liability of not less than $1,000,000 combined single limit, and general liability of $1,000,000 personal and advertising injury and $1,000,000 general aggregate, with the district named as additional insured.
