Design is estimated at 8 months; construction duration is approximately 11 months.
Minimum qualifications include a valid Georgia General Contractor's License, Commercial General Liability Insurance of at least $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 aggregate, commercial umbrella coverage of $5,000,000, sufficient bonding capacity, a current ratio of 1.0 or higher, and an Experience Modification Rating of 1.2 or less.
The preliminary project budget is estimated at $25,000,000, subject to revision based on final programmatic requirements and funding availability.
