The contract is awarded as a lump-sum blanket purchase agreement to the lowest and best responsive bidder. Bidders must submit a 5% bid guaranty and, if awarded, provide 100% performance and payment bond. Prevailing wage requirements apply under Missouri Chapter 290 RSMo for Crawford County (Annual Wage Order #33). A one-year warranty on parts and labor (or manufacturer's warranty, whichever is greater) applies from MoDOT written acceptance.
