The scope calls for new, unused, current model year flex fuel or hybrid mid-size four-door, 4-wheel drive SUVs with automatic transmission, anti-lock brakes, air conditioning, cloth seating, airbags, rear view cameras, and Bluetooth connectivity. All manufacturer warranties available to retail purchasers must be included and transferred to the State. Vehicles must be delivered to CMS Central State Garage at 200 East Ash Street, Springfield, Illinois by August 10, 2026. Prior to contract execution, vendors must submit VIN numbers, model year, trim level, and manufacturer build sheets. The vendor shall cover all transportation and delivery costs and shall not display dealer logos on vehicles.

The contract term is one year from the date of last signature, with a maximum total term not to exceed ten years. Pricing is estimated with total contract payments not to exceed an amount to be determined by the State prior to execution.
