The District of Columbia has issued a state and local contract opportunity (ID: 66c858f4829eb5d869071510) for FY18-FA0-FROSTY COLLING TOWEL-DCSS ONLY, which appears to be a procurement specifically for the District of Columbia government. The contract was posted on July 17, 2018, with a rapid response deadline of July 20, 2018, suggesting an urgent or time-sensitive acquisition process. While limited details are provided in the available information, the contract seems to involve the procurement of cooling towels, potentially for specific district services or departments. The abbreviated timeline indicates a compressed solicitation and evaluation period, which may require swift vendor response and preparation. The procurement appears to be a targeted acquisition focused exclusively on District of Columbia Services (DCSS).

Given the limited information provided, specific details about set-aside designations, vendor restrictions, or incumbent contractors cannot be definitively confirmed. The contract's narrow scope and short response window suggest it may be a small-scale procurement with potentially limited competitive bidding. No explicit budget range or award value is visible in the provided documentation. The District of Columbia's procurement appears focused on acquiring frosty cooling towels, which might indicate a seasonal or operational need for specific departmental equipment or personnel support. Without additional context, precise details about organizational eligibility, vendor qualifications, or integration requirements cannot be comprehensively assessed from the available contract opportunity information.
