For contracts exceeding $100,000, performance bonds equal to 100 percent of the bid amount and maintenance bonds for one year following completion are required. All vendors must maintain comprehensive general liability insurance with minimum limits of $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 aggregate, comprehensive automobile liability coverage, and worker's compensation insurance.
