The procurement does not specify explicit set-aside designations or restrictions for disadvantaged enterprises. Bidders must meet comprehensive insurance requirements, including Workers' Compensation, Commercial General Liability, and Automobile Liability with minimum coverage limits ranging from $500,000 to $1,000,000. Optional insurance coverage recommendations include Professional Liability and Cyber Risk Insurance. While a specific budget range is not explicitly stated, the project involves furnishing multiple library floors with approximately 400 items, suggesting a significant investment. The Town of Manchester reserves the right to reject any or all bids and will award the contract to the lowest responsible bidder. Successful bidders must comply with ADA guidelines, Connecticut Basic Building Code requirements, and provide documentation demonstrating their ability to meet the detailed specifications outlined in the project manual and furniture plans.
