The County anticipates Board of Commissioners consideration on November 2, 2022, and may conduct oral interviews and presentations with selected proposers.

Proposals are evaluated on a 100-point scale: project approach (25%), qualifications of key personnel (20%), relevant project experience and past performance (35%), availability of key personnel (13%), service-disabled veterans preference (2%), and leverage of other non-County funds or in-kind donations (5%).
