Front Street Boat Dock Repair and Replacement

The issuing body for this opportunity is unclear from the source material. The solicitation title references "Front Street Boat Dock Repair and Replacement" in Brevard County and Miramar Beach CDP, Florida, but the attached government file concerns the City of Orange City's septic-to-central-sewer conversion project (FDEP WG100, Eastern Zone Phase I) — a different project with different scope, location, and funding source. The source does not identify which entity is issuing the solicitation, whether the boat dock and sewer projects are related or misfiled, or which project corresponds to the November 17, 2026 deadline.

The front-street boat dock scope includes replacement of three existing docks with materials, labor, and equipment; one dock must be ADA-compliant. No contract value, incumbent, evaluation criteria, set-asides, pre-bid meeting date, question deadline, or place of performance is specified in the solicitation description. The attached file summary indicates the Orange City sewer project is FDEP-funded through grant program WG100 and is phased, but does not provide the contract value, detailed scope, timeline, or evaluation criteria.

Prospective bidders should obtain the complete solicitation documents and all exhibits and addenda directly from the issuing body to clarify scope, funding, location, and submission requirements. The mismatch between the solicitation title and the attached file creates material ambiguity about which project is being procured and under what terms.
