Within five days of bid opening, the successful bidder must identify proposed subcontractors and suppliers for aggregate, asphalt, concrete curb and flat work, traffic signs and signals, mast arms, and seeding, along with evidence of their qualifications and experience. Performance, Payment, and Maintenance Bonds (15 percent of the adjusted contract amount) are required, with the Maintenance Bond held for 18 months after final payment. Contract payments will be made progressively at 90 percent of earned value following monthly cost certifications, with retainage at five percent after 50 percent completion.
