The procurement involves comprehensive cybersecurity licensing for a specific Fortinet EDR solution (Serial #FEDR00TM23000156), which includes 24x7 email and support services, alert monitoring, pre- and post-infection capabilities, attack surface reduction, forensics and threat hunting, and firmware updates. All questions regarding the bid must be submitted by May 17, 2024, and bidders are required to check the district website for potential addenda within 72 hours of the bid deadline. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder based on a lump sum price, with mandatory submission of Bid Form A and Bidder Response Sheet Attachment C; failure to provide these forms will result in bid disqualification.

The contract is located in Dane County, Wisconsin, and covers the Madison Metropolitan Sewerage District's cybersecurity infrastructure needs. While a specific budget range is not explicitly stated, the procurement is for a one-year licensing term of Fortinet EDR software. The district is tax-exempt and will pay invoices within 60 days of receipt after materials are shipped. The procurement includes standard equal employment opportunity requirements and confidentiality provisions subject to Wisconsin's Public Records law.
