Contractors must furnish monthly velocity reports by the 15th business day of the following month and provide nutritional analysis and ingredient statements for all bid items. All pricing must be all-inclusive with no additional charges permitted, and payment is net 30 days from receipt of goods and invoice. The questions deadline is March 5, 2026, and bids are due April 2, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. at the Portsmouth Public Schools Procurement Office, 801 Crawford Street, 3rd Floor, Portsmouth, VA 23704.
