Proposers must demonstrate at least five consecutive years of documented experience providing similar food service operations. All pricing must be all-inclusive except for applicable taxes, new products only (no used or refurbished items), and alternate brands will not be accepted. The license continues until terminated by either party with thirty days' written notice (Judicial Council) or ninety days' written notice (licensee).
