All costs must be all-inclusive except applicable taxes; only new products are acceptable, alternate brands are not permitted, and all requested information must be completed directly on provided documents or bids will be deemed non-responsive.

The contract is as-needed with no renewal options. Service start is estimated for September 1, 2026, with proposal evaluations and notice of intent to award both expected in August 2026. Evaluation criteria are Experience on Similar Assignments (14%), Credentials of Proposer's Personnel (13%), Quality of Work Plan (40%), and Cost (30%). Prices must remain firm for 120 days. Proposals must be submitted electronically through the Court's Online Procurement Website (Bonfire). The bid contact is Casey Watson.
