Liquidated damages are assessed at $300.00 per calendar day for failure to meet the completion deadline. No incumbent vendors, current contractors, or specific award value or budget range is identified in the solicitation materials. The Board reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive technical requirements as deemed appropriate. Contractors should note that the project timeline extends over approximately 13 months from the June 2, 2026 proposal deadline through the June 30, 2027 completion date, requiring careful project planning and resource allocation to meet the established schedule and avoid liquidated damages penalties.
