Out-of-state corporations, limited liability companies, and limited partnerships must be authorized to do business in Florida, and all vendors must be registered in the MyFloridaMarketplace system prior to submitting bids. The FDOT reserves the right to reject any or all bids or make awards by individual item, group of items, or a combination thereof on a statewide or geographical district basis. The contract is subject to annual appropriated funding and may be renewed for up to three years upon mutual agreement, provided the vendor achieves satisfactory performance evaluations. Price adjustments are not permitted during the contract term. All payments resulting from this competitive solicitation are subject to the MyFloridaMarketplace Transaction Fee, and respondents and their representatives are prohibited from contacting any executive or legislative branch employee concerning the solicitation between the release date and 72 hours following the agency's posting of the notice of intended award, excluding weekends and state holidays.
