Lakeside Community Trail Phase 3 (approximately 3,500 linear feet) adds approximately 100 linear feet of premanufactured truss and 490 linear feet of concrete boardwalk to cross Upham Brook near the Grand Richmond at Brook Run on approach to Hilliard Road, with associated drainage, stormwater management, pavement marking, and signing. Brook Road and Hilliard Road Trail (approximately 2,800 linear feet) includes a pedestrian crosswalk across Hilliard Road (Route 161), a crossing over North Run using approximately 60 linear feet of premanufactured truss and 30 linear feet of concrete boardwalk adjacent to Belmont Golf Course, and a road diet reducing Hilliard Road from four to three lanes, plus drainage, stormwater management, pavement marking, and signing.
