Vendors must comply with comprehensive security requirements, including background screenings and identification badge procedures, with different levels of security clearance depending on facility access. The annual contract allowance is $45,000, broken down as $5,000 for permits, $30,000 for materials and equipment, and $10,000 for specialty subcontractor services. Insurance requirements are stringent, mandating various coverages including Commercial General Liability, Business Automobile Liability, and Workers' Compensation, with specific minimum coverage limits and requirements to name Broward County as an Additional Insured.
