A performance bond and labor and material payment bond, each with a penal sum equal to the estimated contract amount, are required prior to execution. The contractor must also submit a 2% administrative rebate on all subordinate cooperative contracts issued to other entities and provide quarterly Volume Sales Reports. Questions are due October 1, 2026 at 2:00 PM through the solicitation's Question & Answer section. Bid validity extends for 365 days after the IFB closing date.
