Equipment Maintenance Management Program

This is a prospective use solicitation from The Interlocal Purchasing System (TIPS), a national purchasing cooperative, for an Equipment Maintenance Management Program. The solicitation is not for a specific project, but rather establishes a purchasing program that various state, local, and educational entities can utilize to procure a wide range of products and services related to equipment maintenance management. The solicitation invites vendors to submit proposals to be included in the TIPS Purchasing Cooperative program, which allows participating agencies to access competitively-bid contracts. Interested vendors are directed to the TIPS-USA website to access the full solicitation documents and submission requirements, which include details on the specific products or services requested, item quantities, contract term, and renewal options. The solicitation does not provide information on pricing terms, set-asides, incumbents, funding requirements, or other salient commercial details, as it establishes a general purchasing program rather than a specific project.

The solicitation does not contain details on any set-aside designations or restrictions on the types of organizations that can respond. It also does not list any incumbent vendors or current contractors, nor does it provide information on existing infrastructure or technology that requires integration. As this is a prospective use solicitation, the possible award values or budget ranges are not specified in the information provided.
