Engineering services required include design, preparation of bid specifications, assistance with bidding, construction administration, inspection services, and as-built drawings.
The overall project budget for all phases is estimated at $7.3 million. Delaware Engineering was awarded an identical or substantially similar procurement contract within the past five years.
