Delivery is due within 180 calendar days of award, fully operational and ready for immediate service. Liquidated damages of $30.00 per item per calendar day or 0.10% of per-item price per calendar day (whichever is greater) apply for late delivery. The City accepts trade-ins on seven vehicles.
